Randy Jeffcoat Builders, Inc. provides an in-house Design/Build program that will guide you from site selection through Architectural Review Board approval. Working together, we will save you time and money designing the home of your dreams within budget and according to the time restrictions set up on our initial meeting.
INTERIOR DESIGN
We are knowledgeable of area interior designers and can lead you to a designer that fits your personality. Or, if you don’t want to work with an interior designer but need a little guidance and advice, Brenda Jeffcoat is also always available with suggestions and ideas to make your home more beautiful. Her eye for design and color will help make your selection process easier and more enjoyable.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We pride ourselves on our organizational and management skills. We’ll give you a construction schedule up front so you’ll always be aware of your dream home’s progress, and you’ll have an accurate move in date so you can plan your move with confidence. Randy’s high regard for quality and attention to detail require him to maintain general oversight of each project…he simply wouldn’t have it any other way! Our project supervisors are in charge of daily operations on the job site and are in constant communication with Randy and Brenda to make sure everything comes together perfectly.
From the office, Brenda controls the budgets and follows up with selections and decision making. She stays in contact with you via e-mail and through our website’s Client Login section, which gives you up-to-date photos and comments on your new home’s progress. This site feature engenders better communication between you and our office so that we will both have the information we need to keep the project on schedule.
RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS
In addition to building new homes, we also do larger renovation work and additions. As with a new home construction, we help you from the design stage all the way through Architectural Review Board approvals and final construction. References are available upon request from clients for whom we have completed major renovations or additions.
