2013 looks to be a great year for construction here in the Lowcountry, however we are already seeing huge price increases in materials. Now is the time to build before these price increases cost you $10 - $15/sq ft more for your custom home! This is the first time since 2005 Demand is out running Supply which is driving these prices up and up.

We are excited to be designing a new custom home in Sea Pines Plantation for an overseas client that lives in Moscow, Russia. This job entails the demolition of an existing home, design of a new custom 3,100 sq ft home which we plan to start construction on in February! Stay tuned for pictures.
