26th Annual Home & Garden Show will be held March 4-6 @ The Mall at Shelter Cove on Hilton Head Island.

We have pulled another permit for a large renovation in Palmetto Dunes!  We are also excited to announce another Design Build contract has been initiated and underway for a custom home in Leamington Plantation on Hilton Head Island. 

Randy Jeffcoat has been named the Vice President of the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association for 2011.  It is his honor and privilege to serve in this prestigious position!
